All you have to do is go to google Netherlands
Type in the search bar of google Netherland you type these words in >> Australia << a new window will open will say google Australia
And do your search in Australia with google Australia
Once google Australia is open you can type in what ever you are looking for in Australia
For example you can type in moningside rental properties, and you will get many Real Estate URL addresses to do a search.
My advise is to remain on page one of the google search, page one in most cases are the biggest and the most aggressive and will give you better service,.
Most Real Estate Agents in Australia are honest for they have to follow the laws laid down by the State they work in.
Of course in every business you will find a rogue < ( a bad one)
My best advise is before you sign any thing see a solicitor ( for you een advocaat, a lawyer)
Do not sign any thing with out seeing a solicitor.
In Australia most people use a solicitor for nearly everything that needs signing.
In the URL when you do your search ,many Real Estate agent will also have a map of the location the houses are that he has to rent or to let.
An other bit of free advise is when you move in, take a blank piece of paper and mark every bit of damage you find on the outside and the inside of the property.mark every hole or screw you find in the walls
For example a crack in the toilet bowl a damaged wash basin a chip in it a missing glass panel or a broken one in the shower, Kitchen cupboard door hinges are loose Ceck to see if the carpet has excessive use and or dirty.
Take a copy of the paper you filled in take it to the real Estate agent as soon as possible to sign your copy and agree with you about all the damaged areas in the rental home you made a note off.
For when you come to leave, they are going to charge you for repairs and replacing or cleaning of carpets.
This is not to scare you this is to make sure that no one cheats you when you leave.
I own property and I do the same with each and every new tenant that moves into my property, for I know what people who rent can do to property they do not own.
